Ella is expert in all facets of real estate sales and marketing. She specializes in representing her clients in the purchase and sale of single-family residences and investment properties in the Augusta, GA to Aiken, SC areas. She is a certified residential specialist and is Augusta's reprsentative for Relocate America and Homes 101. She has worked with top relocation organizations, including Sirva, Cartus, USAA and Relo Direct.
PERSONAL/PROFESSIONAL HIGHLIGHTS
Ella was born and raised in Southern Maryland and has lived in the Augusta community for almost 20 years. Most of her career has been spent in the advertising and marketing-related fields. She worked in Washington, DC for more than 15 years with a national trade association's public relatoins department and served as their Director of Advertising. Ella's previous job experience also includes serving as a general contractor/builder in the Augusta area for approximately four years, building spec and custom homes. Ella started her Realtor career at a local GMAC franchise and was named Rookie of the Year for the Augusta office after only six months on the job.
Ella joined Realty Executives in April 2007 and was named their 2007 "Realtor of the Year" locally. During the course of 2008, she has been named numerous times as their "Agent of the Month" based on sales and service, and was recently awarded "2008 Realtor of the Year" for the 2nd year in a row. She is also a member of the national franchise's Chairman's Club.
Ella's real estate career also included several years as a Realtor and relocation agent with Meybohm Realtors of Augusta. During her tenure with Meybohm, she was recognized annually as one of Columbia County's top-selling Realtors and received numerous awards for Outstanding Customer Service, as well as monthly recognitions for listing and sales achievements.
For the last four years, Ella has appeared in Augusta Magazine annually as one of their featured "Prominent Women In Business" because of her outstanding accomplishments as a local Realtor.
Ella holds her real estate license in both Georgia and South Carolina, and holds several national designations or certifications, including the "Accredited Buyers Representative" certification and is working toward her CRS (Certified Residential Specialization). On behalf of her Sellers, Ella was one of the charter members of the "Accredited Sellers Representative" organization. She is a member of the "Number 1 Expert" community, as well as numerous other real estate organizations.
